DreamArt Photography is a luxury photography company with 54k+ clients photographed in the most renowned hotel and resorts, including many 5 Diamonds - like the Shangri-la, Sofitel, Ritz Carlton - in Mexico, Jamaica, and China. After creating our signature photography service 'Lifestyle' for premium tourism, we've expanded to other services such as drone and 4k video, and other products like weddings, events, and content for brands & hotels. Some of our VIP shoots have included Ronaldinho, Eva Longoria, William Baldwin, Debby Ryan, among others, and we previously appeared in a documentary on French TV channel TF1.

As the Head of Marketing & Growth for DreamArt Photography you will be in charge of accelerating our growth to turn this vision into a reality by driving the strategy and planning of all our digital activity.

• You will be responsible and accountable for the planning, developing, implementing, managing and reporting of the marketing & growth strategy, mainly digital and social as well as build our SEO and organic efforts, continually testing new marketing channels to acquire new photo and video shoots, principally B2C then B2B.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of results and use these to iterate on future plans
• Implement acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across all digital channels
• Responsibly manage budget and performance goals
• Analyse data and feedback to better understand our customers, develop measurement methods, create automations, and test new strategies
• Launch digital campaigns, implement influencer marketing, and work with the Artistic Directors to organise strategic photo and video shoots
• Develop and manage a lean and agile Marketing team
